Respected chief guests, principal, teachers, parents and all my dear friends: a very Happy Republic Day to all of you. I, (Name of the student) would like to speak a few words about today's auspicious day. Today is 26th January 71th Republic Day of our country. This is a day for all of us to celebrate and honour our nation. This is a day to remember the sacrifices of freedom fighters whose efforts gave us independence and created our Republic. India became independent on 15 August 1947 from British rule. However, the Constitution of India came into force on 26th January 1950. Since then we celebrate Republic Day every year. Republic means that the citizens of the country have the right to elect its leaders to lead the country. Our country has developed a lot after we got independence from the British in 1947: but our country is also facing some problems like terrorism, inequality, unemployment, corruption, etc. Let us all pledge today to do our best in solving these problems and making our country the best country in the world.
JAI HIND; JAI BHARAT.

First
of all welcome to the Honorable chief guest of the day, respected teachers,
parents and my all dear friends. I wish you all a very Happy Republic Day. Today we are gathered here to celebrate this
auspicious occasion of the Republic Day on 26 January. This year, we will
celebrate 71 years of Republic Day. We have to celebrate this most
beautiful occasion with great enthusiasm and an approach as we all know that Republic Day is an auspicious occasion and every year because of the
Constitution of India came into force on 26 January in 1950. After getting
independence from the British rule in 1947 India was not a self-ruled country
India become a self-governing country when its constitution came into effect in
1950. So we celebrate this day as Republic Day every year. The Republic
means power and freedom to all countries, people, to choose their leader to lead
the country in right field or directions. India is a Republic country where the public elects its leaders as a President, Prime Minister, etc. Our great
Indian freedom fighter has struggled a lot to the “Purna Swaraj” in India.
They did so that their future generation may live without struggle and led the country
ahead. The name of our great Indian leader and freedom fighters are - Mahatma
Gandhi, Chandrasekar Azad, Bhagat Singh, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Laal Bahadur
Shastri, Jawaharlal Nehru, etc. They fought
continuously against the Britishers to make India of a free country. We can never
forget their sacrifices towards our country. We should remember them on such a great occasion and salute them. It has become possible just because of them that
we can take from our own mind and live freely in our nation without anyone's force.
I am feeling so proud to be an Indian citizen and on this day we should take an
oath to preserve our country's real meaning, position, status and importantly the culture of humanity.
Jai
Hind Jai Bharat. Thank you.

I
would wish
to say morning to our respected principal, my teachers, my
seniors and colleagues. Let me allow you to know something about this special day.
Today we are celebrating 71st Republic Day of our nation. It had been started celebrating since 1950, two and half years later to the independence of India in 1947. We celebrate it per annum on 26th of January as our Constitution came into effect on an equivalent day after getting independence from British rule out 1947, India wasn't a self-ruled country means a sovereign state. India became a self-governing country when its Constitution came into effect in 1950.
India may be a republic country which has no king a queen to rule it. However, the public of this country is that the rulers. All folks living during this country has equal rights; nobody is often a President, Chief Minister, Prime Minister without voting folks. We’ve the proper rights to settle on our greatest Prime Minister or other leaders to steer this country within the right direction. Our leaders should be capable enough to think about the favour of our country. they ought to think equally about every states, villages and city of the country, in order that India is often a well-developed country, with none discrimination of race, religion, poor, rich, high class, class, bourgeoisie, illiteracy etc.
Our leaders should have dominating property within the favour of the country in order that each and each official may follow all the principles and regulations incorrect way. Every official should follow the Indian rules and regulations so as to form this country a corruption-free country; only a corruption-free India would really and truly mean a rustic with “unity and diversity”. Our leaders shouldn't understand them a special person, as their one from us, are selected consistent with the potential to steer the country. they need to be selected by us to serve the truthful services to India for a limited period of time. So, there shouldn't be any confusion between their own ego and authority in position.
As being an Indian citizen we too are fully responsible for our country. we should always make ourselves up-to-date, read news and be completely conscious of what is happening in our country, what are happening wrong or right, what are our leaders doing and firstly what we do for our country. Earlier, India was a slave country under British rule which was made independent after several years have struggled by the sacrifices of thousands of lives of our freedom fighters. So, we should always not abandoning easily they're all priceless sacrifices and made this country a slave country again under corruption, illiteracy, inequality, and other social discrimination. Today is that the best day once we should take an oath to preserve our country's real meaning, position, status and most significantly culture of humanity.
